1. Director/Partner documents

  • PAN

  • Aadhaar

  • Passport-size photo

  • Email + mobile number

2. Address proof (any one)

  • Bank statement

  • Driving license

  • Utility bill (as applicable)

3 Registered office documents

  • Utility bill (electricity/water/gas)

  • Rent agreement (if rented)

  • NOC from owner (recommended)

4. Business info you should decide early

  • Business activity description

  • Shareholding and director details

  • Capital and registered address finalization
